Media & Image Release

This is the plain-language version of the media consent box in the application form. By ticking it, you give FGF Stall Ltd. — producing Malta's Superstar at The Room, by Jungle Joy — the permission described below.

1.What may be recorded

The photos and video you send with your application, and photos, video and audio taken at callbacks, rehearsals and on show night — your performance, your name or stage name, your image and voice, and short interviews or backstage moments if you take part in them.

2.Where it may appear

On this website, on our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube channels, in press material and press coverage about the show, in ads for Malta's Superstar, and in recap or trailer videos for future editions produced by FGF Stall Ltd. and The Room, by Jungle Joy.

3.Scope of your permission

The permission is worldwide, unlimited in time, and royalty-free: you will not be paid for the use of the material, and you do not owe us anything either. It includes editing, cutting and subtitling, as long as the meaning of your performance is not distorted. It does not transfer ownership of your act to us.

4.What it does not cover

We will not sell your material to third parties, and we will not use it in a way that ridicules you or misrepresents your act. Your contact details, address and date of birth are never published.

5.How to withdraw

You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to hello@example.com. We will stop using the material in new publications and remove it from our own channels where that is reasonably possible. Material already printed, broadcast or shared by others may stay in circulation.

6.Minors and groups

If you are 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must give this consent together with you, and either of you can withdraw it. If you apply as a group, you confirm that everyone appearing in your photos and video has agreed to this release — and for anyone under 18, that their guardian has too.
